6. Shipping and Satisfaction
International shipping is expensive, and so are the products. It is solely the International Customer’s responsibility to collect their packages from customs or the local post and to pay any due tax/duty - no refunds will be given for postal returned products - we will reship the original item received back only upon receipt of the ACTUAL COST to reship.
If a package is lost, we will reship or refund it at the sole discretion of Gear By CEBA. If we do not have the accurate customer-provided shipping information, we will not refund the package not delivered.
If you order, we make the item, and we ship it; there is no refund for a change of mind. After we make the product, we will not refund you if you change your mind.
We will always try to work with you to make you satisfied. Remember that as a one-person fulfillment business, it takes time to make and process your order. Please allow 1 to 4 weeks to fulfill and custom up to 6 weeks (we will try for faster when we can) < This info SUPERSEDES any product descriptions.
It is the international customer’s responsibility to choose the correct shipping details on every international product page. If not chosen correctly, we will not ship unless the PayPal billing difference is paid.
